NOOTERS CLUB® promotes pet spay and neuter and responsible pet guardianship. Our mission:
1. Brand the spay and neuter message to get attention and create a dialogue about spay and neuter.
2. Increase access to low-cost, high quality spay/neuter clinics.
3. Support nonprofit rescue groups, clinics and shelters.
